Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience for a Special Projects Officer, NH-0301-04 position:
One year of specialized experience at the NH-03 pay band or equivalent grade level in the Federal Service (GS-13), which includes work that involves:
(1) Managing the acquisition of assigned program(s) to include plan, program, and budget for projects; (2) Coordinating actions of multiple organizational elements and provide guidance and direction during project execution; (3) Working with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, collaborating with management to negotiate, schedule or coordinate supporting services; (4) Carrying out daily coordination, and arranging and preparing for meetings and visits; 5) Evaluating acquisition processes including development, test and evaluation, contracting, production, and financial management; and 6) Communicating project/program status to identify areas needing emphasis and to ensure costs and schedules are accurately planned and executed. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
