Tank-Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM) utilizes Supervisory Cash Differential as a tool to incentivize and compensate supervisors based on organizational level and scope, difficulty, and value of the position. Once all eligibility requirements and conditions are met, you may receive a Supervisory Cash Differential NTE 10% of your basic pay (basis pay defined as pay without the locality rate) IAW the organization's Business Rules. The Differential is paid on a pay period basis with a specified not to exceed date of one year or less, is reviewed every year, and may be terminated or reduced as dictated by fiscal limitations or changes in assignment or scope of work. Experience:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as initiating actions to resolve major organizational issues; overseeing operations in accordance with policies and procedures to meet mission requirements; formulating organizational strategic ties and budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources; administering program plans and objectives to provide effective management towards accomplishing the division mission; and analyzing and providing interpretation of plans and programs to ensure effective implementation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). Applicants who have held a broadband position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower equivalent or grade (NH-03/GS-13). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
