To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as using word processing software to produce a variety of documents such as graphics software, charts, graphs, spreadsheet software ect; making travel arrangements for employees of the directorate; performing clerical or administrative office support; and providing telephone/receptionist services. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
