Program Analyst (Operations)

Specialized experience is defined as:
Having 3 of the following 4 areas- Reviewing, analyzing, updating, and developing Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), and Warning Orders (WARNOs); Assisting in preparing mobilization plans, stationing plans, and unit capability tracking; Assisting in the development and execution of operational and contingency plans and exercises; and/or Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of workload operations, process integration, and organizational structures to conduct long range and short range planning products. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
