Responsibilities:
The contractor shall develop Government briefing packages, documentation packages, spread sheets, word documents, certificates and awards.
The contractor shall perform work involved in communicating information through visual means. Work includes the design and display of such visual materials as photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphs, objects, models, slides, and charts used in books, magazines, pamphlets, exhibits, live or video recorded speeches or lectures, and other means of communicating.
The contractor shall select visual materials such as photographs, illustrations, models, and specimens to be used in the communication of information; design the placement and appearance of visual materials; design the placement of text in relation to art; decide type styles and typographical effects; and plan effective use of color schemes, textures, and shapes considering the technical constraints of a particular method of communication (i.e., printed publication, exhibit, or oral presentation). Some exhibits may involve the incorporation of sound effects, movies, video productions, and music into the total design.
The contractor shall produce presentations using the entire suite of MS office products, photo downloading and editing, audio and video production. The contractor shall convert vague concepts, descriptions and ideas into draft presentation material and then finalize the material for packaging and presentation. The contractor shall store presentations in logical folders such that the materials can be easily accessed. The contractor shall photograph and video record events using the latest state of the art equipment provided by the contractor and store, edit, package and replay the recorded data. The contractor shall provide these services for PM AFV events such as retirements, town halls, change of commands, ribbon cuttings and other similar ceremonies.

Qualifications:
Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing and a minimum of six consecutive years, within the last ten years, with experience in the preparation of printed media such as brochures, pamphlets, leaflets or other printed material that included multiple illustrations, graphs and photographs; the design and publishing of web pages for a business or government organization; typesetting and typography;
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including warm and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers, customer, and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Work site is located in Work site is located at Detroit Arsenal, Warren, MI
Equipment and Machines:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.
Attendance:
Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions:
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
