Key Job ElementsProvide technical skills for the development of global safety processes under electronic platforms and applications such as EtQ Reliance in support of GM Global Safety and Industrial Hygiene Management System.
Provide business value to the Enterprise by contributing to the automation of safety processes and supporting data management activities, GS&IH; metrics and scorecards.
Specific position elements:
1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Administrator on on GM electronic application such as EtQ Reliance.
2. Design new safety processes in Reliance in support of GM Global Safety & Industrial Hygiene (GSIH) Management Systems.
3. Migrate existing GM processes to Reliance in support of GSIH Business needs.
4. Understand various working environment and processes of international operations and suggest enhancements to existing processes to eliminate waste.
5. Support/coordinate the development and implementation of programs for global operations.
6. Develop, administer and maintain KPI dashboards in the Reliance software for each functional group / role, as appropriate.
7. Identify specific plant, divisional, regional, corporate needs for use in the development and improvement of the respective management systems, performance standards, and technical standards in Reliance.
8. Network with global plants, divisional, regional and corporate staffs, and suppliers to promote technologies, lessons-learned, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
9. Provide feedback to all stakeholders to assure customer satisfaction.
10. Support data management activities for the GSIH organization.
11. Support GSIH metrics, scorecard, and business plan administration.
12. Support development of a viable value engineering process to encourage innovative programs.
13. Develop & deliver training materials in support of new application releases
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and CompetenciesThe position requires the candidate to meet the minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree (preferably a Bachelor of Science) and a thorough knowledge of ETQ Reliance platform.
The incumbent must be an experienced professional in design, development, configuration, testing, training and implementation of Reliance Modules.
