We are currently seeking an HR Manager that will perform senior level human resource activities, support remote sites and partner with management to build and deliver business strategies. In this dynamic role, you will manage 1 direct report and focus on talent selection, organizational development and employee engagement.

Tasks
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: employee relations, development of policy/procedure implementation and compliance, training and development, performance management and compensation. Additional core responsibilities :
Develop and/or implement HR programs, procedures and policies, where applicable.
Provide coaching and direction to associates and managers in a timely, effective manner.
Facilitate succession plan discussions as part of the talent review process.
Support corporate reporting requirements and HRIS activity.
Perform workforce analysis and drive to meet/exceed defined metrics, including managing of Affirmative Action Plans with vendor.
Responsible for coordinating Relocation and Immigration issues with vendor.
Actively participate and/or lead various duties and projects, serving as Project Manager for key HR initiatives.
Seek learning and development opportunities to improve professional competencies and stay current on HR practices through benchmarking, networking and exposure to business related research/publications.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Management or related area required.
Minimum 6
years progressive HR experience in generalist area; a minimum of 2 years managerial experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization and planning skills with the ability to lead and influence. Proven ability to facilitate presentations/trainings.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to review, analyze, and present data to meet needs of business partners and to support business rationale.
Participative management style, advocate of team concept.
Knowledge of government regulations relating to labor practices, benefits, compensation and HR policy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
