Your
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for training and providing marketing initiatives to outside sales channels that result in profitable sales growth of the Air Conditioning, Battery, Electronics, Equipment and Tool product groups in the field sales organization. You will develop local and regional relationships with customer sales leaders/teams and end users. The assigned territory is in Minnesota and requires extensive travel throughout the state. Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Coordinate and perform hands-on demonstrations of scan tools and other tools/equipment in both classroom and shop environments. Assist end users and sales people across multiple channels with applications and technical inquiries.
Create and present new product introductions to assigned customer.
Travel with Sales reps and participate in key sales events, trade shows and business meetings.
Manage information with Sales reps and the Sales Manager regularly.
Develop automotive technical and industry knowledge. Learn and understand new applications to ensure sales reps understand/promote the benefits of Bosch products and services.
Provide feedback to assist leadership and Product Management in reacting to market changes/competitive actions.
Your competencies and
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related degree preferred; will consider equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of related industry experience, knowledge of Aftermarket service tool business and tool and equipment industry preferred
Familiarity with current Automotive Technology and Terms (OBDI, OBDII, TPMS)
Experience in building relationships with automotive dealers and technicians
Experience in sales, public speaking and/or training is desired
Proficient in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word and Excel; database management knowledge and skills a plus
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, written, presentation, organizational and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Candidate must reside in Minnesota, no relocation assistance available
