- Support and maintain policies and practices related to manufacturing support of field failures at customer assembly plants and quality initiatives related to product application in vehicles
- Responsible for field containment and rework activities, which result from product issues
- Analyze, compile, review and regularly report customer quality metrics such as PPM performance; develop presentations for quality reviews by supplier and customer management groups
- Compile and analyze field data to prioritize reduction of design and process findings
- Drive closure to corrective actions as they pertain to reported field failures in order to improve quality performance levels
- Represent the supplier at customer meetings, conferences and training on behalf of the manufacturing plants and effectively deploy the information throughout the organization.
- Responsible for equipment inventory and updates for field quality tools.
- Support customer quality continuous improvement initiatives and Safe Launch support
- Complete other projects and activities as assigned by Customer Quality Manager
- Address customer concerns
- On-site root/cause failure analysis
- Conduct PTR / process capability studies
- Coordinate problem solving on designated programs for concern resolution; author and present 8D reports & supporting data
- Summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences of technical, non-technical, executive personnel
- Successfully negotiated financial charge-backs, QR/NCT, and PPM
- Lead product sort, containment, rework, vendor related quality incoming, in-process, and final inspection
- Work closely with purchasing, design, quality, engineering and manufacturing team members to ensure minimal risk to program, product performance, and quality for launchesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
