The Business Intelligence Developer position is an integral part of the Information Technology functional area at Lipari Foods. The selected individual will contribute significantly to the development of reports and dashboards using new reporting tools including Information Builders WebFOCUS. This role is integral in the execution of critical projects and will have involvement in the development, testing and implementing of application-based reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn new applications and business processes within the organization. A confident communicator who portrays patience in a fast-paced, challenging environment will excel in the position. The ideal candidate, above all, will strive to learn and grow into a valued business resource to various functional areas of the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop, test and implement efficient analytical tool-sets that meet user requirements by leveraging reporting tools, primarily WebFOCUS versions 7 & 8 using Developer Studio.
Analyze user requirements for features and functionality to be delivered through various types of reporting media (dashboards and reports).
Interact with various teams throughout the organization including Business Development, Category Management, HR, Customer Service and Accounting.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.

years of on-the-job information systems and data processing experience.
HTML and JavaScript experience is preferred but not required.
MUST have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
2
years of experience in Information Builders WebFOCUS 7.6.10 and higher or other reporting tool.
2
years of experience working knowledge of databases and database connectivity including MS SQL as well as any other necessary components of the report writing process.
Experience working with personal computers and related software.
