About the role:
The Dealer Innovation Business Analyst will work with many cross-functional stakeholders throughout GM to support GM's growing demands in consumer-facing systems. The BA is responsible for supporting GM's consumer-facing systems, user experience, and data integration. In addition to supporting these key initiatives, this person may also be responsible for non-division specific activities across the centralized team such as coordinating team/leadership meetings, supporting marketing's digital production requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the development teams to devise solutions for e-commerce, data integration, external services, and user experience.
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with internal cross-functional customers to define and direct business application solutions and process improvements.
Utilizing knowledge of current Sales and Marketing applications/processes, and their supporting data, to lead or support various initiatives relating to the organization.
Providing or supporting business project planning, business requirements definition, process documentation/modeling, and UAT test plan creation/execution. This person will act as a liaison between business users, IT development, and IT operations support team.
Working with business customers and agencies to support content management activities.
The role requires a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge to ensure that the appropriate business needs are clearly defined, communicated and delivered.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related
5+ years of experience as business analyst
Understanding of Business Analysis fundamentals; including requirements elicitation, stakeholder collaboration, effective and timely communications, and test case creation and implementation
Planning, negotiation and facilitation skills
Experience developing business systems
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT project management, requirements definition, process definition, testing, IT strategy and roadmap development
Expertise in utilizing requirements tools
In-depth understanding of business applications and data within the NA Sales & Marketing organization
Demonstrated experience in IT operations
Experience in-sourcing IT systems
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
PMP certified

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
