Develop and manage component and subsystem validation plans for Interior trim. Collaborate with Design Release Engineers, Computer Aided Engineers (CAE), Suppliers, and Test Facilities to ensure robust execution of plans. Provide validation technical expertise to ensure proper resolution of issues, while protecting product quality, reliability, and durability.
