The Kuwait Ministry of Defence (Mod) maintains facilities in five geographical locations in the United States (US) and Kuwait. Various logistics and training management support and analytical duties are performed in support of defense activities.
Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC. (dba: ACT I), is aggressively seeking professionals and paraprofessions to provide direct support to the Kuwait Liaison Office, M1A2 Program.
To be considered, applicants must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance at the level of Secret issued by the US Government. Verification of clearance eligibility will be required prior to extending an offer.

include, but are not limited to:
1). Providing research, analysis and advice on technical and logistics issues related to the M1A2 system. In carrying out these functions candidate shall coordinate with Kuwait Land Forces (KLF) officials and US Government officials to facilitate solutions to problems by gathering information, performing analysis, presenting recommendations and drafting replies.
2). Providing adequate and appropriate support for expedient issue and procurement of KLF requirements.
3). Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all USG M1A2 Program actions applicable to Foreign Military Sales that impact the needs of the KLF.
4). Coordinating the movement of material through the US Army and DoD Supply Systems, commercial vendors, transportation coordinators and Kuwait''s freight forwarder as well as performing a variety of related tasks and duties.
5). Interface with KLF Officers, Technical and Financial Advisors, US Army/Candidate Technical Specialists, and Freight Forwarder Transportation Managers.
6). Provide support in distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, photocopying, maintaining office files, ordering office supplies, preparing various forms and correspondence, answering telephones, and making travel arrangement. In addition the candidate shall be responsible for the administration and management of office reports and correspondence.
a. Shall have six years of experience in M1A2 Program support and/or operations.
b. Shall be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a SECRET clearance.
c. The individual shall be skilled in Personnel Computer (PC) usage and shall be proficient in the Microsoft family of software, to include as a minimum: (1) MS Word, (2) MS Excel, and (3) MS Outlook.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, the Candidate may substitute eight additional years'' experience in mechanized armored vehicle program coordination.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
