Summary:
The main responsibility of an employee at Big Boy is to maintain the highest possible operational standards by delivering quality 100% of the time in a clean, safe and organized environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the highest quality of food by following exact specifications and recipes.
Maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of recipes, specifications and procedures to ensure food quality standards are met each and every day.
Follows USDA guidelines for food processing, packaging, storing and shipping.
Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the commissary and keeps the immediate area clean and organized.
Maintains a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times.
Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for food storage, preparation and handling, following every health guideline and procedure at all times.
