Dutieso Translates strategic plans and technical guidance into objectives, strategies, and architectural guidance for installation customers.
o Oversees the delivery of required IM/IT services including Automation, Communication Systems and System Support, and Information Assurance.
o Responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of projects and programs to support the RNEC, Theater Signal Brigade and 7th Signal Command (T) decisions.
o Monitors the execution of baseline and enterprise services.
o Establishes workload priorities and initiates assignments based on the difficulty, complexity, type of work and incumbent capabilities.
o Identifies developmental and training needs of employees, with particular emphasis on requirements for integrating information technologies systems related knowledge, skills, and abilities such as that impact rapidly expanding technologies.
o Responsible for and/or oversees management of contract support provided by Command wide contracts, DOD, or other federal agency contractsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
o Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
o Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance based on a SSBI background investigation for access to Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI)A TS/SCI clearance is required.
o TDY 25% of timeo TOP SECRET Clearance requires mandatory drug testing.
o Incumbent must also sign DA form 5019-R condition of employment.
