Qualifications:
No experience required--just a strong desire to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.
Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist the maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and landscape maintenance.
Learn and apply proper techniques for equipment operation and maintenance.
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Take initiative to learn and ask questions to expand your knowledge and skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.

$16 - $17 (up to $18 with experience and driver's license).
