Dutieso Review and/or evaluate Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for completeness and clarity for an organizationo Prepare quality assurance contract clauses and data requirements for inclusion in procurement packageso Apply organizational knowledge and functions pertaining to quality assuranceo Proficient with Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), ACE Windchill, Product Data Reporting Evaluation Program (PDREP), Parts Tracker, and i2Log databaseso Determine if specific data is required from subordinate offices for evaluating or justifying alternatives to proposed changeso Evaluate technological trends and establishes progressive approaches for achieving advances in qualityo Coordinate quality assurance evaluations, analyzes system failures and inadequacies for an organizationo Experience identifying quality issues that affect readiness and root cause analysiso Extensive experience with new acquisition programso Provide contract personnel with interpretations and explanations of QA-related specifications and requirementso Coordinate with functional personnel to develop plans and prepare local procedures for applying directives from higher headquarterso Interpret regulatory and directive material issued or to be issued by higher authority and prepares necessary instructionso Experience working with maintenance, Quality Assurance, and AWCF personnelo Identifies situations where deviations or exceptions to policy should be authorizedo Evaluate design efforts to ensure all appropriate environmental and performance issues have been considered and addressedo Evaluate engineering change proposals and waivers/deviations for their impact on product integrityo Determine appropriate guidelines and uses them to improve quality assurance methods and techniqueso Experience developing and maintaining multiple QA plan(s) associated with various programs to assure continued product quality is consistently maintained throughout the life cycle for assigned system(s)o Experience developing and maintaining multiple QA plan(s) associated with various programs to assure continued product quality is consistently maintained throughout the life cycle for assigned system(s)o Experience with programs in various life-cycle phases, from new acquisition to sustainment, and the requirements that drive each stageRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the DE 02 Pay band grade level in the Federal service which includes:
