The Distribution Manager will oversee and coordinate the storage and distribution of materials or products.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Manage & Control Distribution Operations Ensure on-time vehicle departures and customer arrivals Ensure daily vehicle checkouts & quality tracking Control distribution team quality Control routing Control driver projected times & actual times to budget Manage route supervisor & driver team 2.
Manage & Control Warehouse Operations Manage warehouse supervisor & team Control warehouse operations Control warehouse team quality Control daily pick orders (outbound) 3.
Manage & Control Building / Fleet / Equipment Maintenance Manage fleet mechanic & building cleaner Building maintenance Fleet maintenance Equipment maintenance Additional Goals for the Position:
Demonstrate the CORE values Drive continuous innovations and improvements to organizational processes Support all team members and facilitate a culture or trust and teamwork Minumum Qualifiations:
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3 years of direct experience Management experience Ability to read.
