This role is integral to our operations, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact through exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service and database management.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and follow-up on customer service requests.
Assist the sales team with estimates and customer follow-up.
Create and reconcile purchase orders, and various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain office files Provide operations and sales support.
Ensure work space is neat and organized Prepare correspondence and proofread documents.
Work with company software, Microsoft office suite, and standard office equipment.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional experience involving office practices, customer service, and organizational operating procedures.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software packages.
Excellent communication skills and superior customer service.
Ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail, and solve problems.
Well-organized, self-starter, and able to turn chaos into order quickly.
Flexible, resourceful, and maintains a positive attitude.
