Experience preferred.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition Cleaning bathrooms & employee breakroom Unclogging toilets and sinks Wiping and sanitizing surfaces Mopping floors Washing walls, windows, doors Removing rubbish Performing routine outdoor maintenance activities, such as cutting and edging grass and clearing snow or debris from sidewalk/parking lots Keeping stock of janitorial and building maintenance items and ensuring bathrooms are stocked with paper products, soaps, etc.
Working with managers and office staff to re-order janitorial and bldg.
maintenance items Completing minor repairs, such as switching lightbulbs throughout building Cleaning heavy machinery REQUIREMENTS:
Valid ID and reliable transportation Works well independently and has strong time management skills.
Ability to take direction from multiple managers Following safety rules and precautions Adhering to company policies and procedures Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift, bending, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate starting at $17/hr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
