Currently, we are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join the team! Responsibilities - Create purchase orders in Great Plains and Workday Place orders online and through email Research for competitive pricing Review invoices to ensure they match the created purchase order in price and items received Communicate with offsite location management Enforce company buying policies Job Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to communicate effectively through email and phone Assertive, friendly personality Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi task in a face paced work environment Strong attention to detail Ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally Must be capable to work independently Must have outstanding telephone and email skills Must be able to set priorities and manage time well Job Type:
