Order Fulfillment & Export Coordinator
o Primarily responsible for tracking all orders for export markets from Order-to-Delivery (OTD).
o Inform and follow up with export customers on all order entry issues, order rejects, changes to orders like options, ship to and orders cancellations (if applicable).
o Responsible for tracking and updating all MVBs (Manufacturing Validation Build) status on weekly basis.
o Follow up with respective teams (logistics, finance, export product managers, MVB coordinators and markets) on any changes that affect the launch of products within export markets.
Highlight any issues to Export Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
o Prepare manual invoices for MVBs (if needed).
