The position is Monday through Friday, No weekends, and No holidays.
We're looking for an individual with high volume experience who is self-sufficient.
The Director of Culinary Operations is responsible for all food that leaves main production kitchen, main cafe, and 3 satellite kitchens on campus.
They oversee the food preparation, and manage kitchen staff including production chefs, food service workers, and cooks.
They also ensure that the kitchen is up to health codes and safety standards at all times.
