Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries - Schedule and confirm appointments using medical scheduling software - Collect patient information and update electronic medical records - Verify insurance coverage and process payments - Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed Skills:
- Experience working at a dental office or medical office preferred - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that experience with Epic or ER experience is not required for this position.
