We specialize in establishing lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through providing exceptional service, maintenance and replacement of a wide variety of plumbing fixtures, equipment and systems.
Primary Job Function:
To provide superior service through the efficient diagnosis and repair/replacement of a wide variety of residential and light commercial plumbing related fixtures, drains, sewers and general repairs as related to plumbing systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be insurable! Successful completion of driving record and background screenings.
3 years field experience.
Understanding of current plumbing code.
The ability to work with pipe of various materials and different connection methods.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities ensuring service calls are handled thru final resolution.
Close attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments with changing priorities.
Customer service orientated.
Possess superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with internal and external clients.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems with the ability to favorably influence the customers decision.
Must be able to accurately account for and order materials/supplies as needed.
Complete and submit required documentation for each job utilizing an iPad and our integrated software.
Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Work and drive safely with the ability to recognize and avoid dangerous situations.
Backflow certification a plus.
Jetter experience a plus.
Pay scale:
Compensation package is negotiable and dependent on experience.
Work Hours:
8 am - 4 pm.
Overtime is required as service demands.
Participate in the On-call coverage rotation.
