Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals - Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational and time management skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
