You will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers' wireless needs within a kiosk inside big-box retail stores.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Answer questions and describe product features.
Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills The interview process will be done at the main office in New Baltimore, MI.
