They work as a team to produce high quality components, catch errors, and resolve issues on the fly throughout each day.
They take ownership of their work and strive to produce the very best each day.
We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator/Programmer who takes pride in their work and enjoys being in an engaging environment where their input and suggestions are valued.
Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC Lathe producing tooling and prototypes on Mazak lathe; small lot sizes, multiple set ups per day.
Ability to write a hand program without assistance, download and edit programs and troubleshoot when needed.
Ability to guide Blueprint Reading and GD&T.
Have knowledge of multiple types of controls.
Take ownership of quality control and gauging ability - hold a tolerance of +/-.

Programming experience in Mazatrol or G-Code.
Read Blueprints.
Ability to perform lathe set ups, offsets and tool changes.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
