Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping maintenance duties.
Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes Sweep walkway of debris.
Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed Qualifications Be willing to learn Knowledge of seasonal clean-ups, garden bed care, annual flower plantings, bed edging, and mulching Must know how to use basic landscape and relevant tools Must be able to follow directions Must be able to work both independently and in team environment Must be able to work in all weather conditions Benefits Weekly Pay Paid time off - up to 4 weeks! Healthcare after 60 days - up to $500 employer paid! Team Member Recognition Team Member Referral Bonus Starting pay $15-$20 per hour.
