As the Lead, Logistics, you'll serve as an On-Site Point Person at the customer corporate office.
You'll provide a primary point of contact for operational and strategic activity.
You'll be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and works with other RXO team members to deliver superior service.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Serve as advocate and liaison with RXO's Operations and the Customer to ensure maximized efficiency Work directly with customer on RXO Operations execution, carrier performance, tracking shipments and problem solving Work directly with current carriers on customer transportation operations needs Monitor and Support Overall KPI results working with the Operations and Procurement Team What you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
4 years of related Domestic Transportation Experience It'd be great if you also have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization A demonstrated strong math aptitude Good judgment and ability to make frequent decision making that affects company sales and overall company performance #LI-Hybrid We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
