2 Quick Apply 3 hours ago Full Job Description The CAD Designer / Operator will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for integration into the overall POR (Plan of Record) layout.
4-5 years experience with Inventor and Autocad 2 & 3D is required.
This resource shall be responsible for updating the existing state (as-built) and future state layout(s).
This resource shall be responsible for providing information to allow for maintenance of progress / status reports utilizing Excel, AutoCAD import/export data of block information, etc.
This resource should be familiar with, or show the aptitude to work with:
AutoCAD Xrefs Creation of blocks with attributes allowing for frequent updates along with import / export data.
AutoCAD property filters and layer states, allowing for ease of providing numerous layouts without creating duplicate data.
o New, existing, demo, relocate, etc.
General drafting knowledge - how should a plotted/printed drawing look o Dimensioning o Line weights Autodesk Programs / CAD software this resource will be required to utilize:
(We can train on some) AutoCAD Inventor Navisworks Microsoft Office Suite Excel (What is user level?) PowerPoint Word Other Google Suite Sheets (What is user level?) Slides Docs Teamcenter experience is a plus.
