Director of Production - Commisary Kitchen
We are looking for a Director of Production for a major food producer's commissary kitchen. They provide food to restaurants, grocers, and retailers and you would oversee the entire production and execution process. Responsibilities include:
Future and develop food production teams Ensure all health and safety standards are followed Future and delve your team for continual improvement Establish communication mechanisms to ensure total management awareness or production issues and successes Meet deadlines and goals through proper advance planning Requirements include:
Proven experience as Director of Production or equivalent position Experience in high-volume kitchens Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Outstanding communication and people skills Knowledge of health department rules and guidelines Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Equal Opportunity Employment
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
