service part release, service information, labor time guide, service part catalogue, diagnostic software, service programming, pre-delivery inspection forms, customer service information and special tools. Responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of Aftersales Engineering work within their specific function or commodity. It is a dynamic environment - Focusing on Propulsion Systems to service General Motor's vehicles. Thinking about the customer, you will work with a team that is implementing strategies that will provide propulsion system availability over the life of the vehicle. The responsibilities of the CCA Propulsion Lifecycle & Data Analyst Engineer are to engage in the management, development, approval, and execution of propulsion lifecycle strategies. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage global build-out projects for engines, transmissions, and electrification, as required. Communicate propulsion systems production direction to determine buildout timing. Assist in the kick-off and management of project plans and execution across functional areas and suppliers to help ensure on timely delivery of production build out parts and plans for remanufacturing. Facilitate timely communication for all areas of project execution with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service Engineering, Propulsion Engineering and Remanufacturing Engineering and other related functions. Maintain status and history of all assigned projects and lifecycle strategy. Support remanufacturing project execution as required Assist in long term buy and bridge to remanufacturing requirements. Perform Export Reman analysis to prevent the importation of restricted remanufactured or refurbished goods. Develop and maintain Global Workshare documents for Global Architecture programs Execute reports and data analysis from GM databases to support the buildout, integration and reman activities as well as special project data requests Additional Description Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Automotive Technology, or equivalent experience Knowledge of vehicle systems and components High level oral and written communication skills Proven project management skills considering project goals, sophisticated planning, identifying key partners and aligns team to meet project deadlines Ability to adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and forward-thinking environment Comfortable working with cross-functional teams Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Preferred Skills & Experiences:
Knowledge of the Aftersales and Production Systems & Processes Design for Six Sigma experience Manufacturing and/or vehicle engineering experience
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
