Excellent communication and interpersonal skills the most critical skills needed to excel in the position available.
Responsibilities:
Matching invoices with packing slips Working with a variety of contacts in various plant locations to obtain necessary information Entering data into MS Excel spreadsheets on other software programs Sorting mail and processing office shipments Answering and directing calls, greeting visitors File and sort paperwork Assists with various Human Resources task including:
paying, matching, and tying out invoices.
Report running, timekeeping, and assisting with other HR tasks.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
