Summary:
Looking for an experienced Program Developer based in Warren, MI. The mission of the Developer will be to translate loose guidelines and ideas into well written code. The position will further be responsible for assisting and maintaining existing web applications as well as developing new tools to be used internally to help serve customers.
We are specifically looking for someone who is:
-Smart and creative
-Works efficiently
-Has a willingness to learn and be challenged
-Able to work independently
Qualifications:
-2
years of development experience (PHP or be able to demonstrate strong development skills and the ability to learn new languages).
-Understand object-oriented programming principles and techniques.
-2
years of database experience (MySQL preferred).
-Comfortable with JavaScript and JQuery.
-Skills:
Believes strongly in good design, usability and efficiency, exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Desired (but not required):
-Experience with JavaScript and JQuery
-Experience with HTML, CSS and AJAX
-Experience with a MVC framework such as CakePHPEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
