Manpower of Shelby Township is currently recruiting for an experienced Robotic Weld Technician for one of our top clients in the Warren area. These positions are temporary and may go permanent for the right individuals.Hourly pay is $23.42
shift premium 3rd shift (will move to a second shift)OT and weekends are required
Job Description:Establish, maintain and implement welding parameters to support production and Quality AssuranceConducts weld inspection and analyze weld data, generate reportsPerforms robotic weld touch ups Proven capability in robotic programming/maintenance:Fanuc preferablyFluent in electrical diagrams and schematicsAbility to perform edits to PLC programsGreat troubleshooting capabilities: electrical, pneumatic, and plumbingStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong understanding of welding metallurgy: resistant welding, projection welding, or GMAWBasic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949:2002 an assetBasic knowledge and use of measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, ohm meter)Basic computer skillsUnderstanding of Core Skills and basic GD&TMust be willing to submit to a background/drug screenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
